Broker Closing
Using a combination of AI and OCR technologies, broker closings are read, interpreted and matched against the correct transaction. Acceptable tolerances are automatically applied for minor premium / charges differences.
Key Features
Incoming email is read by the System Process which detects and retrieves the email content
Metadata is extracted (sender, subject, timestamp, attachments). AI analyses attachments and extracts key information
A match is made to an existing transaction in UPM+
Rules are applied to assess the transaction. Either, UPM+ emails policy documents back to Broker or, if and exception occurs, the closing is referred to an underwriter for review.
