Building Capability: Jacky, Jeff and Jordan Complete their ECBA Qualification

We’re proud to recognise a significant professional milestone for our Application Support Analysts at Gratex — Jacky Wang, Jeff Magpily and Jordan Lowe, who have successfully completed their ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) qualification. 

All three joined Gratex as university graduates and have quickly become valued contributors, supporting our clients and the ongoing delivery of UPM+ Cloud. 

The trio approached their ECBA preparation collaboratively, studying together, sharing insights and keeping each other accountable — a mindset that reflects how we work at Gratex every day. 

Each has already identified practical ways to apply their learning: 

• Jacky is taking a more structured approach to analysing problems and enhancement requests 

• Jeff has strengthened how he engages with clients to better understand business needs and root causes 

• Jordan is focused on improving clarity and quality in documentation, with an eye toward future project work 

The ECBA qualification builds strong foundations in business analysis, including requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement and structured problem solving — capabilities that directly support better outcomes for our clients.
